Contact information
Contact information and associated data such as first name, last name organisation address or shoe size:
- Permissions to send emails
- Standard contact fields like first name and last name
- Custom contact fields
- Contact preferences
These can include text, boolean (true/false), date, integer (whole numbers), or float fields (numbers with decimals).
Contact Events / Transactions
These are transactional events that can trigger an email or SMS action. Examples include:
- Order information
- Cart abandonment
- Viewing products
- Filling out a form
- Participation in a gamification campaign
- Account activations
- Password reset emails
These can include text, boolean (true/false), date, timestamp, integer (whole numbers), float fields (numbers with decimals), JSON fields and/or attachments.

Data Extensions

With Data Extensions, relational data can be used within Maileon. Examples include:
- Address details of locations
- Transactions such as ticket purchase history
These can include text, boolean (true/false), timestamp, date, integer (whole numbers), or float fields (numbers with decimals).
