If you want to have a dynamic trackable link in an email from a custom field or contactevent attribute, use this syntax: [+|CONTACT|URLCustomField] or [+|% contact 'CustomURLField'] or [+|% trnasaction 'CustomURLField'], where "URLCustomField" refers to your custom field name or contact event ("Transaction") attribute.
