The basic reports are displayed here in the standard view of the dashboard:

 

Shipping summary flowchart

Provides information on the most important key figures for your emails through a Sankey diagram. In the detailed report you will find a breakdown of the statuses in graphical and tabular form: generation, delivery and response. The displayed parameters are: CSA-blocked, blacklisted, generation errors, advertising print, hard bouncer, soft bouncer, unsubscribe, non-opener, only-opener and clicker. The "Key Figures" area lists the total bounce rate, open rate, click rate and unsubscribe rate.

 

Dispatch comparison - standard view

Provides information on the most important key figures for your e-mailings using a bar chart: bounce, opening, click and unsubscribe rate. The y-axis shows the share of the total distribution. In contrast to the dispatch summary, here, for example, the values for all e-mailings can be compared with the values for the last 3 e-mailings. Especially helpful for identifying a trend.

Provides information on the most important key figures for your e-mailings through a bar chart: bounce, opening, click and unsubscribe rate. The y-axis shows the share of the total distribution.

Key figures: shows the most important key figures in tabular form when you move the mouse pointer over the columns in the diagram. "Save view" button: Here you can save your configured views yourself at any time so that they become part of the "View" selection list. Standard data series : in the lower area you can use a checkbox to specify which e-mailings should be taken into account for reporting. The wrench icon allows you to select and save the selected data series and the respective color code: There is a search box underneath to filter your e-mailings by keywords. The green button "Filter" opens 2 additional selection fields.Send filter : Here you can filter for all mailings , last 3 e-mailings , etc. Contact filter : allows filtering according to the contact filters in the account. The button "Add new data series" calls up the menu of the same name, where you can define and accept settings for a new data series:

 

Shipping volume

Here you can call up reports on the volume of your e-mails sent according to various criteria. You will find 4 variants as standard:

 

Shipping volume by domain

The y-axis lists the different domains that were sent to. The x-axis shows the number of shipments.

 

Shipping volume weekdays vs. weekends

Shows how often you sent your e-mailings on weekdays and weekends. y-axis: working day / weekend, x-axis: number of shipments

 

Dispatch volume over time

Here the y-axis shows the number of shipments. The y-axis consists of the calendar weeks of the period in which you have sent so far.

 

Last month's shipping volume

Shows your shipments over the last few months. y-axis: number of shipments. x-axis: Monthly scale, by mouseover over the columns you can see the selected data series, the respective dispatch date and the exact number of dispatches.
