General information
The history of the bounce rate (undeliverable emails) for the previous sending period is displayed here. y-axis: bounce rate, x-axis: sending period, divided into 2-month intervals by default. The maximum and minimum bounce rate are also listed in the “Key Figures” area.
Bounce summary
Here, the total bounce rate is compared with those for soft and hard bounces (see section “Explanation of terms”). So you will find 3 bar charts. y-axis: bounce rate, x-axis: diagrams for bounce rate (total), soft bounce rate and hard bounce rate.
